This whisky uses grains that are 100% organic and kosher. Koval Distillery thus works against the usual practice of buying ready-made, neutral grain spirits or whiskeys. Each step of the distillation process is closely monitored to ensure the highest quality spirits. "Chicago's Finest" is characterised by its fine vanilla and oak aroma. The taste is a pleasant note of acacia honey, which is complimented by a light peppery spice. The finish is dominated by the oak notes and is surrounded by a gentle sweetness.
