This rare whisky is aged for 6 years in wooden barrels at an average temperature of 36°C. The hot weather makes the whisky mature roughly 3 times faster in India than in Europe, however the Angel's Share is also higher at around 11-12% per year compared to the approximate 1-2% in Scotland. In the nose, one can discern sweet wood notes, vanilla and caramel. Slightly peppery on the palate but also sweet with grassy notes in the background.
